PRAEMIA REIM FRANCE ANNOUNCES THE RENEWAL OF RTE'S LEASE FOR 11 YEARS ACROSS THE ENTIRETY OF THE WINDOW BUILDING IN PARIS – LA DÉFENSE

 

Paris, 5 March 2026 – Praemia REIM France, a leading real estate asset management firm with €35 billion in assets under management, announces the renewal of RTE's lease for a firm term of 11 years across the entirety of the Window building, totalling 44,000 sq m at the heart of Paris – La Défense, Europe's leading business district.

Acquired in 2021 by Praemia REIM France and Société Générale Assurances, the Window building stands as one of the most iconic assets in the Paris – La Défense business district. RTE's headquarters, this "horizontal" tower standing 47 metres tall (7 storeys, not classified as a high-rise), benefits from exceptional visibility with a 150-linear-metre façade overlooking the Westfield Les 4 Temps shopping centre, one of the most frequented in Europe.

Certified HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent, the Window building offers premium amenities meeting the latest occupier standards: bright, flexible, open-plan office floors of 4,500 sq m with floor-to-ceiling glazing offering panoramic views, various food and beverage services including a brasserie, an auditorium, a concierge service, and two large atriums designed to foster well-being and collaboration.

Alstom lease renewal: across the Sigma office complex in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis). This 18,000 sq m complex hosts the tertiary activities of the Alstom Group. The lease has been renewed for a firm term of 10 years, confirming Praemia REIM France's ability to secure key tenants across its assets.
