PRAEMIA REIM FRANCE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES THE SALE OF AN ITALIAN HEALTHCARE PORTFOLIO HELD BY IHE HEALTHCARE EUROPE
Paris, 11 December 2025 –In close cooperation with its investor clients, including Icade, the Praemia REIM France teams have led the sale process to BNP Paribas REIM of healthcare properties from the IHE Healthcare Europe portfolio.
This portfolio, comprising 23 healthcare assets located in Italy, valued at more than €300 million, came under the management of Praemia REIM France following the acquisition, in July 2023, of Icade’s stake in Icade Santé for €1.4 billion. Praemia REIM France had been entrusted with a mandate to proceed with the sale of this portfolio.
