PRAEMIA REIM FRANCE ANNOUNCES TWO APPOINTMENTS TO ITS EXECUTIVE BOARD:

Aurélie Cohen as Managing Director in charge of products and development
Justine Mougin as Secretary general

Paris, September 23rd, 2025 – Praemia REIM France continues to strengthen its team and announces two appointments to its Executive Board: Aurélie Cohen joins the company as Managing Director in charge of products and development, and Justine Mougin is promoted to Secretary general. Both executives report to Marc Bertrand, Chairman of the Management Board of Praemia REIM France. These two appointments are in line with the organizational changes announced last May and follow the recent appointment of Charles Ragons as Chief Executive Officer, in charge of the real estate division*.

Aurélie Cohen, Managing Director of Praemia REIM France

Aurélie Cohen will be responsible for defining and steering Praemia REIM France's development strategy, with the aim of strengthening its market position and its standing with all target investors. In particular, she will lead Praemia REIM France's new phase of growth in serving retail and institutional investor clients. In this capacity, she will oversee the Retail and Institutional divisions as well as Marketing & Communication, representing a team of 73 employees. Her roadmap aims to strengthen commercial momentum, support product innovation (SCPI, OPCI, SCI, club deals, etc.) and ensure sustained performance and quality customer service across the entire value chain.

Justine Mougin, Secretary general of Praemia REIM France

Justine Mougin, Director of Compliance and Internal Control at Praemia REIM France since 2012, is seeing her scope of responsibilities expand. She will continue to head up Level 2 control functions (Risk, Compliance & Internal Control) and will also take on supervision of the Legal Department, representing a total of 32 employees. In this expanded role, Justine Mougin will support all Praemia REIM France departments as a true business partner. Her mission is to ensure compliance, control and adherence to the regulatory framework, while meeting the increased expectations of regulators and investors in terms of transparency and governance.

Biographies

Aurélie Cohen

With an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Aurélie Cohen began her career at EY as an Audit & Transactions consultant. She then joined Groupe ADP as Director of Investor Relations. In 2017, she joined Euronext, first as Director of Investor Relations, then expanding her remit to include Communications and becoming a member of the Group's Executive Committee. She was responsible for developing the 2027 strategic plan and actively participated in Euronext's external growth and the integration of various acquisitions. She was a member of the board of directors of Borsa Italiana and a director of CLIFF. She brings to Praemia REIM France recognized expertise in international capital markets, financial communications, and transformation, serving performance and investor relations.

Justine Mougin

A graduate of IAE Aix-Marseille, Justine Mougin began her career as a consultant in compliance, internal control and risk management for financing, investment and retail banks and asset managers. She joined the Primonial Group as Internal Controller in early 2012. That same year, she was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer at Praemia REIM France, where she structured and oversaw the risk, compliance and internal control systems, working closely with the business lines and supervisory authorities. She is now responsible for the General Secretariat, including the Legal Department.
