Primonial REIM’s development department moves forwards

In step with its growth dynamic: Nominations of Julie Duvillier-Raoul and Philippe Chambery

Primonial REIM announces the nomination of Julie DUVILLIER-RAOUL as Institutional Development Director and Philippe CHAMBERY as Development Director Retail.

These two nominations come in the context of Primonial REIM’s current high growth situation and are a clear illustration of the asset management company’s desire to support the needs of its Primonial client as closely as possible.

The Development Department will now include a dedicated institutional investors centre and an exclusive and dedicated distributor partners centre.

As leader of the “Institutional” centre, Julie DUVILLIER-RAOUL will work with her team on consolidating and broadening its client-base, raising capital and completing club deals that will meet investor expectations both in terms of asset type and performance profile.

Real-estate clubs deals alone represented more than 2.5 billion euros of the funds collected in 2018.

At the head of the “Distributors” centre Philippe CHAMBERY and his team will be charged with maintaining Primonial REIM’s leader status on the real estate investment market, intensifying its close relations with the distribution networks (Insurers/Key Accounts, the Primonial Group networks) by working intensely on referencing new distributors. The retail SCPI and property units of account fund collections for 2018 reached a total of more than 1.8 billion euros.
